Listed below is a list of Vendor Contacts available to use in the event of a major emergency situation.
If an emergency situation occurs, please contact Purchasing to issue an Emergency Purchase Order (EPO) to cover the items or services needed. 
  
You will need to indicate specific information about the items or services being purchased, approximate prices/rates as well as a valid Wayne State account number for the amount of the purchase.  Purchasing will provide you with an EPO number to be given to the vendor for billing purposes. 
  
Buyers have authorization for up to $1,000.00 on EPO's, but this amount can be overridden by Purchasing Management, for situations of exceptional emergency. Purchasing is here to help - just let us know how!
